Internal Control and Risk Manager

We are looking for an experienced Internal Control and Risk Manager for our sector leader business partner.

Description

• Design, implement, improve and document internal control and risk management processes,
• Operate organisation's enterprise risk management and internal control system ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and in compliance with ERM frameworks (e.g. COSO)
• Identify, evaluate and manage credit risks of customers,
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure an effective control environment for all processes under responsibility,
• Develop and implement strategies to minimise risks,
• Lead risk management and internal control activities for large-scale projects,
• Contribute to the content prepared for the Early Risk Detection Committee and similar committees,
• Manage and develop internal control and risk management teams.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred),
• At least 10 years of professional experience with team management experience,

• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• Knowledgeable about the COSO Internal Control Framework and risk management standards,
• Experienced in GRC, SAP, and preferably SAS analytical systems,
• Holds professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CRMA),
• Strong analytic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
