You will be supporting Strategic Marketing Operations (SMO) department at EMEA RLM region (Africa, Middle East, West Asia, Turkey, Central – Eastern Europe, Russia).
SMO is leading strategic regional projects in large geographical scope with multiple stakeholders across divisions. You will be supporting mainly project management online platforms, decision making processes and project management efforts in general.
Internship details:
• Start date: March/April
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 h/week
• Working model: hybrid
• Location: Istanbul
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Supporting data collection, consolidation and integrity
• Supporting reporting of the data sources
• Supporting management of the digital tools used for project management in SMO department
• Supporting project documentation and meeting organizations
• Supporting dashboarding exercises and maintenance
Required knowledge:
• Degree in STEM fields or degree in Business or Economics (Bachelor’s or Master's)
• Recent graduates or students graduating in 2025
• Proficiency in English (preferred as C1 or above)
• Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel
Would be a plus:
• Certification on basic data management skills
• Basic SharePoint and Power Platform applications experience (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Previous experience in corporate life preferably in healthcare industry
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Having a desire to learn and achieve
• Positive when given feedback and communicating with others
