As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Strategic Marketing Enterprise in the TWAL region (Turkey, West Asia, and the Levant). Your role will involve assisting the Marketing Team with the coordination and consolidation of various projects, events, and campaigns. Additionally, you will assist in approval processes and needed documentation follow up for the projects executed by the marketing and sales teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers as well as local and regional stakeholders.  

A Day in the Life  

• Assisting in coordination of projects within the marketing team for two of our marketing pillars: products and services 
• Supporting the scheduling, coordinating, implementing and monitoring of internal and external marketing operations like: congresses, conferences, symposiums, webinars, product launches, digital campaigns, country-based marketing reviews etc. 
• Supporting communication and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders like commercial teams, customer service, supply chain, demand planning, reimbursement and healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, customers 

Must Haves  

• Proficiency in English and Turkish  
• Recently graduated (2023/2024) with Bachelor or Master’s degree or in the final year of studies
• Based in Istanbul 
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Experience in MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Strong verbal & written communication skills 

Nice to Haves 

• Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach 
• Interested in optimization and improvement work 
• Eager to learn & develop 
• Strategic and analytical thinker, problem solver 
• Sense of humor 

Program details: 

• Start date: September 
• Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend 
• Working hours: full time 40 hours per week 
• Working model: hybrid
