We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will work close with our sales team in CASE field and support their processes.


Main Responsibilities;


  • Proactively ensure sales and delivery of performance measures to existing and new customers in Turkey,
  • Maintain current business achieving budget target;
  • Increase profitability and performance in CASE through business development;
  • Support the external sales team, active in a business to business environment to commercialize raw materials and chemical specialties for the CASE industry,
  • Achieve individual sales targets as defined in the business plan together with the Business Manager and the Sales Manager(s),
  • Manage on daily basis the active supplier contacts, deliver commercial forecasts for suppliers and supply chain,
  • Act as direct point of contact for all department customers
  • Make commercial offers to customers, develop commercial initiatives based on stock levels,
  • Prepare sales contracts,
  • Follow-up on customers and customers purchasing behavior, detecting opportunities, developing commercial relationship. Follow-up on customer satisfaction,
  • Report on individual sales statistics,
  • Manage customers request for samples and follow-up and ensure registration and follow-up of complaints,
  • Ensure the pricelist update and customer communication, solve price issues with the customers,
  • Follow-up on payments together with Credit Controller,
  • Assure correct registration and follow-up of all complaints throughout the full process. Clear and immediate communication towards SHEQ for all SHEQ related complaints;
  • Ensure clear communication to customers and the internal organization on product specifications (changes, classification, risks, PBMs, legal aspects, production process etc.),
  • Assure priority on product safety and other legal and quality aspects in negotiations;
  • Follow the correct guidelines: certification, customer and legal requirements to e.g. product, environment, safety and health, code of conduct etc.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree is must (preferably Chemistry, Chemical engineering departments)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role
  • Technical background required in technical industries (or equivalent by experience and training)
  • Strong commercial, enterpreneural and dynamic mindset
  • Technical affinity and interest
  • Self-starter – Passionate about achieving goals/targets
  • Takes initiative and able to work in an independent way
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Experienced in stock planning and tracking
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • English knowledge is a must-have
  • Very good IT skills (CRM, AX Dynamics, Excel)
