Indirect Purchasing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Purchasing Expert to join our dynamic procurement team in Istanbul, Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's indirect spend categories, driving cost savings, and enhancing supplier relationships.

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for various indirect spend categories
• Conduct thorough market analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to contract execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies
• Analyze spend data and prepare comprehensive reports for management
• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes for increased efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in indirect procurement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in a multinational corporate environment
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and achieving cost savings
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of indirect categories such as IT, professional services, and facilities management
• Understanding of global procurement practices and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM) preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
