Job Description
  • Trackin and managing purchase orders  to meet the daily procurement process.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
  • Guiding internal stakeholders on adhering to procurement processes and procedures
  • Ensuring that the country procurement policy and relevant policies are fully implemented
  • Collaborating with finance,AP and treasury teams to ensure an efficient and flawless P2P process
  • Supporting the contracting process to ensure that the most suitable pricing, payment terms and other financial conditions are covered. 
  • Supporting sourcing, identifying regional and local suppliers, managing bidding and contracting process
  • Managing supplier relationships including routine supplier performance evaluation
  • Implementing procurement systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance Procurement ( Indirect) , preferably in multinational companies 
  • Experience in  Indirect Procurement catalog management  and in managing the PR to PO lifecycle for Indirect Procurement Operations
  • Extensive experience in handling SAP and ARIBA for Procure-to-pay transactions
  • Proficiency in English ( written and/orindire spoken)

Good-to-have Experience and Skills


  • Experience in Sourcing of spend categories , vendor relationship management
  • Experience in running RFI/RFQ processes for Vendor selection
  • Experience in implementation of standard procurement tools ,e.g. ARIBA
