Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and business roles, from position approval to offer acceptance.
Analyze recruitment trends and metrics, tracking progress and preparing reports for hiring managers and senior leadership.
Provide HR support across multiple functions, including Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, and Employee Engagement.
Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to provide strategic HR guidance.
Develop, implement, and support HR initiatives that enhance processes and contribute to the strategic growth of Armut/HomeRun.
Who You Are
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a top university.
Native-level proficiency in Turkish and a high level of English proficiency.
1 - 3 years of experience in human resources within a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred experience in recruitment in a related field.
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., JazzHR), social media channels, and professional networks.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong, productive relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for continuous learning, including new technologies and skills.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with confidence.
