Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Completing the life cycle of the talent acquisition process (including preparing job description, job posts, screening and contacting applicants, conducting interviews, case study assessment, reference check, offer stage, providing consultative approach to business units etc.),
  • Supporting to create a culture where people can work passionately, effectively and efficiently
  • Following the trends and insights and responding to fast-changing requirements to remain competitive in the talent market
  • Carrying out employer brand activities; following up of actions in accordance with social media plans
  • Following new graduate and internship projects planned at certain periods throughout the year
  • Providing a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development
  • Drafting yearly training & development planning for all employees within a certain plan and implementing; managing and developing LMS platform as key user
  • Conducting internal communications and social activities
  • Conducting internal interviews with the employees, to receive feedback, design development action plans considering the analysis and present the results & action plans with the team
  • Maintaining positive and progressive relationships with our global HR departments in Netherlands

Qualifications
  • BSc/MSc degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field
  • Min 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience
  • "HR Business Partner" or "HR Generalist" experience within the IT area is a plus (preferably in tech startup/fast-growing technology companies)
  • Excellent command of English both verbal and written
  • Strong background in implementing all HR processes is a plus (recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding management, employee engagement, learning and development etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Turkish labor law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations
  • Having strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis with problem solving skills
  • Passionate about HR with the principle of continuous learning & development
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Open to learning, like to research and ability to produce efficient solutions
  • Ability to work in international teams and across different cultures
