HSE Technician

Qualifications:

• 1 or 2 years of experience in an HSE related position
• Bachelor’s Degree from a University in an HSE related field or technical discipline
• Preferably C class safety expert certificate
  
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills; strong attention to detail
• Strong communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate team-work
• Must be able to fully utilize Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Residing at Asia side or Gebze, Kocaeli

Job Description:

• Implements and monitors the site Safety Programs ( Toolbox, Kamishibai etc.)
• Assists the site HSE specialist
• Conducts incident investigations including root cause analysis  and recommend corrective and preventive measures
• Works closely with the BCM team
• Identifies and corrects potential hazards by inspecting premises and personnel’s work to identify issues or non-conformities
• New employee safety orientation and HSE training
• Inspects and maintains safety equipment
• Ensures required HSE-related inspections and audits are performed and proper corrective actions are taken when necessary
• Maintains Safety Data Sheets and informs regarding hazardous chemicals used in the workplace
