We are looking for a colleague as HR Supervisor, BP with the given job description;

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies and solutions to support them.
• Provide consultation and coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and belonging.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, programs, and processes that support the organization’s overall HR strategy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, to maximize employee performance and growth.

We prefer the below qualifications and skills;

• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent,
• Fluency in English,
• Global work environment experience,
• Motivation to learn from others and work with managers closely
• Strong organizational understanding and multi-tasking ability
