Danışmanlığını yapmış olduğumuz Merkezi Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunan ve dnyanın drt bir yanında ofisleri olan teknoloji ve perakende sektrnde faaliyet gsteren şirketimizin İstanbul ekibi iin ''HR Specialist'' olarak hizmet verebilecek takım arkadaşı arıyoruz.
What You Will Do:
● Responsible for all functions of the HR processes and supporting all HR activities,
● Organizing interviews and following up recruitment process,
● Strong willing for HR business operations,
● Organizing and performing all on-boarding process for new employees,
● Implementing training and development plans,
● Being responsible for employees HR files & updating org charts/personnel list,
● Develop effective relationships with internal customers,
● Performing the exit process according to internal standards and in line with the legislation,
● Establish and update HR procedures,
● Support the social activities
GereksinimlerWhat We Are Looking For:
Qualifications:
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
● Fluency in both written and spoken English,
● Having at least min. 2-3 years experience in the technology companies,
● Good problem-solving and attention to detail,
● Ability to work in a multi-tasked & fast-paced environment,
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
