HR Intern
Lilly Turkey is looking for an Human Resources (HR) Intern who is eager to learn through experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support core HR and learning and development team in aspects of HR (recruiting operations, employer branding, HR systems, training programs, etc.)
Help HR team in daily operations and assist with HR team in various processes regarding employee lifecycle
Support onboarding of newcomers and manage newcomer evaluations in a timely manner
Support tracking of important HR metrics and trends
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably management, psychology and sociology
Able to work at least 3 days a week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Have the ability to learn on the job in a collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong follow up skills
A good team player
