What you’ll do: 



  • You will be responsible for the overall HR support in : assist the HR Manager on various people projects in Turkey, Italy and South Africa. This is an international role, in which you can truly grow your career in HR. 
  • Help maintain integrity of all HR databases/technologies including HRIS, intranet, job descriptions, handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate 
  • Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance, Intranet and OneDrive, provide support for performance management, merit cycle, learning and development
  • A substantial portion of this role is supporting our recruiting processes, identify, interview, engage candidates through the hiring process, coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, new hire orientation processes and procedures 
  • Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or other special projects, handle and follow up outsourced payroll process, follow up and archive HR documents.   

What you’ll bring:  



  • Min. Bachelor’s degree. At least 5 yrs of equivalent work experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Solid, proven experience in a Human Resources role in Turkey (mainly in payroll, labor law, recruitment & HR processes) 
  • Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems 
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs 
  • Willing to travel abroad occasionally
