You will be responsible for the overall HR support in : assist the HR Manager on various people projects in Turkey, Italy and South Africa. This is an international role, in which you can truly grow your career in HR.
Help maintain integrity of all HR databases/technologies including HRIS, intranet, job descriptions, handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance, Intranet and OneDrive, provide support for performance management, merit cycle, learning and development
A substantial portion of this role is supporting our recruiting processes, identify, interview, engage candidates through the hiring process, coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, new hire orientation processes and procedures
Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or other special projects, handle and follow up outsourced payroll process, follow up and archive HR documents.
What you’ll bring:
Min. Bachelor’s degree. At least 5 yrs of equivalent work experience may substitute for a degree.
Solid, proven experience in a Human Resources role in Turkey (mainly in payroll, labor law, recruitment & HR processes)
Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems
Proficiency with MS Office programs
Willing to travel abroad occasionally
