Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HR BP) will be responsible for implementing all Envista HR standards and processes within Nobel Biocare Turkiye (EOT Dental Organization). This role plays a key part in ensuring HR operations align with global company policies while supporting business objectives and employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, selection, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Manage HR data administration, ensuring compliance with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) workflows.
• Prepare payroll and supervise external payroll providers.
• Provide administrative support across multiple office locations, including fleet and workplace management.
• Implement and promote Envista’s culture, values, and compliance standards.
• Execute training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Monitor and report key HR metrics (HR KPIs) and manage Workday HR systems.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support Compensation & Benefits harmonization in line with Envista’s global standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all HR operational matters within Nobel Biocare Turkiye

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Language Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
•Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
Professional Experience:
•5+ years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist) within an international organization.
•Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) from an HR perspective is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of HR functions, with a track record of successful implementation.
•Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently.
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
•A strong team player with leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach.
