GetirFinance operates within Banking as a Service model, having established partnerships with players at banking sector.
Latest News: Türkiye İş Bankası has invested 50 million US dollars in GetirFinance. This investment has enabled Türkiye İş Bankası to participate in supporting the banking services of GetirFinance and, simultaneously, to own a 20% stake in GetirFinance through its venture capital fund, of which it is the main investor. With this investment, GetirFinance is set to reach a valuation of 250 million US dollars even before commencing its operations.
Key roles and responsibilities
You will:
  • Manage  end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes from a high level perspective, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development plans, talent development and offboarding
  • Implement best practices in talent attraction under your area of responsibility
  • Coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
  • Support the management team in people related topics, gather employee insights, advise the proper course of action on people challenges
Requirements
  • Experience in a hyper-growth technology environment is a plus
  • Previous experience with team management is required
  • Experience with writing processes and procedures
  • Fluency in English
  • Great analytical skills accompanied with high attention to detail
  • The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve
  • Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team and the needs of the business. You’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills.
