• Partnership Management: Manage and grow strategic partnerships with key verticals, building strong relationships that drive revenue and mutual value across markets.
• Execution of Regional Strategy: Implement and execute the regional partnership strategy, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans tailored to local market dynamics.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track the performance of strategic partnerships, analyzing outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Team Oversight: Lead a team of partnership managers, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture, and ensuring alignment with the overarching regional strategy.
• Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Director to roll out core sales tools like CRM systems, ensuring adoption and efficiency, and support training initiatives to empower local retail media teams.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with QC Commercial & Supplier Management and other internal stakeholders to maximize the impact of partnerships across restaurants, pro-subscription, and other key areas.
• Industry Representation: Act as a representative of the company in external forums and events, supporting thought leadership and strengthening the company’s reputation in strategic partnerships.

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3-4 years in advertising working with large brands  and a strong track record in closing & managing large-scale partnerships, particularly in FMCG or financial services (banking, credit cards, fintech). Experience of ecommerce / retail media within the region would be a strong plus.
• Turkish language proficiency is a must.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams to achieve results.
• Strong strategic and analytical approach to sales and relationship-building, with the ability to communicate product value effectively to clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or tech/startup environments preferred
