What you'll be doing:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to shape the future of our Beauty+ and Beauty Devices categories. As Head of Beauty+ & Beauty Devices, you will play a key role in developing long-term strategies, driving growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our global brand initiatives. This role is integral to defining our commercial direction, working closely with global and regional teams, and overseeing the execution of innovative campaigns that resonate with our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of growth strategies for Beauty+ and Beauty Devices, setting clear commercial targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with markets to define and execute the perfect go-to-market mix, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.
- Drive brand planning, merchandising, and financial models that support growth, ensuring all sub-categories contribute to global business objectives.
- Spearhead key launches, from concept through to execution, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Own the strategic direction for the category, guiding sub-category growth and ensuring alignment with the broader brand vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams, actively managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous market feedback.
- Partner with finance and commercial teams to establish competitive pricing strategies and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Play a leadership role in transformation projects, driving change and innovation across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in commercial operations, brand marketing, and merchandising.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong data, financial, and numerical comprehension.
- More than 5 years of experience in strategy creation and leadership roles.
- A passion for the beauty industry with an innate curiosity to stay ahead of market trends.
