As a Global Quality Assurance Lead, you have ownership on the quality of the product and the development of Supply Chain Partners (suppliers) in terms of COS teams’ physical and chemical standards.

Main Responsibilities:

PRODUCT & MATERIAL INPUT

• Risk assessment validation & input
• Input on difficult product cases (commercial decision, customer service case)
• Part of ensuring new materials and product types follow our requirements

COS QA method owner

• Ensure we have best related testing methods to reach COS product quality ambitions
• Build and host trainings plus ensure methods are followed globally for suppliers, COS team and 3rd party labs
• Contact person and COS lead in H&M Group Physical and Chemical topics (updates to common routines, coordinate upcoming new compliance topics)

COS Durability Lead & Expert

• Lead of COS durability agenda: set scope with clear goal, including strong stakeholder management and ensure project progress on time
• Have overview of coming durability legislation and ensure strong prep work for COS.
• Product durability projects: focus on key materials, products and trims

As a Global Quality Assurance Lead, you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork. You have strong stakeholder and time management skills, analytical approaches to solve problems and strategic approach to lead the durability and longevity projects.

Take actions and decisions after considering the short and long-term implications of the same on the organization.

Connect, engage, and empower internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers and 3rd part lab. You grow and develop colleagues in the team by sharing knowledge and experience. 

Have the salesmanship skills in terms of drive supplier to constantly change for better.

You are fluent in English and have strong project management skills to drive and further enhance business opportunities.
