PHINIA is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an Global Product Line Manager at our Izmir Turkey facility. This person will be responsible for delivering new part introduction requirements for each region and ensuring that processes are followed efficiently to meet the global product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver New Part introduction requirements for the 4 regions in line with the global product strategy, at the required quality (defined for Engineering) and cost (defined for Purchasing by the regions) to allow the sales team to sell competitively into our various markets whilst protecting the profitability of PHINIA, liaising with suppliers as appropriate.
• Coordinate the cross functional team ensuring processes are followed efficiently, deliverables are aligned and the team is focused on the same objectives, in line with the global product strategy.
• Manage the PHINIA to Global Suppliers relationships ensuring they meet our requirements
• Support the development and implementation of a long term global product strategy in line with market requirements that creates cross regional synergies.

• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently, keen attention to detail and results orientated
• Collaboration – Ability to lead multi-functional and Global teams to work in a matrix organization.
  - Marketplace Acumen – Ability to leverage understanding of channels & customers in the marketplace to build innovative product solutions and services
• Project & Change Management Skills – Demonstrable ability to develop & facilitate Global projects, within given parameters
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cataloguing systems and Vehicle data
• Language - English. Additional languages would be
