Global Manufacturing Trainee Program is an international Kraft Heinz program at our Susurluk factory for graduates and final-year students looking for exciting development opportunities in management and expanding technical knowledge.
The internship is intended for top talent who are looking for a performance-based culture, built on meritocracy, ambition, hard work and passion. We give you the opportunity to join a group of other ambitious interns in an international work environment and learn directly from great Kraft Heinz leaders. What’s on the Menu?
Fast-tracked career progression – Real responsibility from day one, leading teams and working on projects with real business impact at our factories.
Global exposure – You will be part of our Global Manufacturing Traineeship, working closely with our Zone Technical Experts and cohort of Graduates across Europe.
Training & Development – Strong personal & professional development including technical training, leadership experience, regular mentorship, and senior leaders’ exposure.
Key Ingredients:
4 weeks international onboarding program.
Intensive training and exposure to different business areas.
Leading key business projects.
Business support and mentorship throughout the program.
Being part of international Kraft Heinz trainee network.
Upon successful trainee program completion – full time employment as of September 2026.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed in 2023 or 2025 – Engineering, Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science or Supply Chain are advantageous however this program is open to graduates from any discipline.
