The Role: Global HR Technology & Shared Services Manager


Location: Remote, Europe


We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Global HR Technology & Shared Services Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.


The Global HR Technology & Shared Services Manager will be responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives and the management of the SAAS software deployment lifecycle, specifically focusing on HR technology solutions and shared services on a global scale. This role emphasizes strong project management, test management, audit, and compliance responsibilities to ensure the successful deployment and management of Workday systems across multiple regions.


What you'll do


  • Execution of Strategy: Implement and manage the execution of strategic plans for HR technology and shared services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with local regulations.
  • SAAS Software Deployment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAAS software deployment, from planning and implementation to maintenance and optimization.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Test Management: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of HR systems.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure all HR technology solutions and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Global Solution Deployment and Management: Lead the global deployment and management of technology solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective solutions and services.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy across all HR systems and processes.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption and engagement with new technologies and processes.

What are we looking for?


  • Demonstrable experience in leading Workday implementations and managing ongoing operations on a global scale
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in developing and executing test plans to ensure system quality and performance.
  • Knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements in HR technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving user adoption of new technologies and processes.
