II - Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading web development projects, with strong team management and project coordination skills. This role requires combining technical expertise with leadership abilities to enhance team productivity and ensure timely project delivery. The position will report directly to the CTO.
III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
(i) Lead web development projects by coordinating and distributing tasks among team members. (ii) Analyze project requirements and develop and implement technical solutions. (iii) Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team to create a productive work environment. (iv) Monitor and report on project progress, intervening when necessary. (v) Contribute to software architecture design by making technical decisions. (vi) Mentor team members by providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development. (vii) Keep the team's knowledge up-to-date by following new technologies and trends. (viii) Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements. (ix) Improve software development processes by adhering to quality standards and best practices. (x) Play an active role in various projects, contributing to the company's growth and success.
IV - What Is Required from You?
(i) Qualifications: At least 7 years of professional web development experience and team management experience with focused on Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go technologies. (ii) Experience: Proven track record in leading web projects and managing teams. (iii) Expertise: Experience working with server-side event architecture, cache management (e.g., Redis, CouchBase), and queue management (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) technologies..(iv) Knowledge: Strong ability to design and develop complex and large-scale web applications. Expertise in gRPC design, integration, and inter-microservice communication. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum). . (v) Skills: Ability to develop high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions. Experience with SQL databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and expertise in query optimization. (vi) Competencies: Experience with ORM technologies such as Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, and GORM. Knowledge and experience with NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo, and Gin. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Team-oriented with high communication skills and the ability to mentor. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in these processes. (vii) Proficiency: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
