• Conducting freight-based profitability analysis for each shipment or destination to increase profitability
• Coordinating with overseas offices and domestic clients to execute shipment operations
• Organizing and monitoring international shipments related to tenders, informing clients, and conducting retrospective checks
• Collaborating with overseas offices to conduct freight pricing for special tender shipments and providing quotes to clients
• Entering pre-alert notifications from overseas into the Cargowise system, tracking the income-expense of opened files, and managing invoicing
• Tracking the shipments of exporter/shipping companies and providing clients with regular updates
• Coordinating closely with overseas offices and managing freight control for both international and domestic shipments
• Managing and optimizing traffic flow
• Providing the sales team with relevant information on freight and clients, and offering guidance
• Ensuring regular and consistent communication of shipment updates to clients
• Diligently reviewing all shipment documents (e.g., Bill of Lading) and ensuring that communications are fully understood before proceeding with operations

• Ability to successfully fulfill the core responsibilities of the position
• Compliance with the company's personnel and disciplinary regulations
• Ability to provide timely and accurate reporting
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce quick solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• High persuasion skills, well-presented, with clear and professional diction
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required
