YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fraud Prevention Strategy Development: Continuously analyze fraud detection processes and develop new strategies to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
- - Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in fraud processes, propose improvements, and oversee their implementation.
- - Project Management: Lead fraud-related projects end-to-end, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure successful project execution.
- - Technology & Tool Integration: Evaluate fraud detection tools and technologies, recommend new solutions, and integrate them into existing systems.
- - Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze fraud trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy laws.
- - Stakeholder & Team Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance fraud prevention processes.
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree from universities
- Experience as team lead
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, project management, data analytics
- Customer and solution-oriented
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish
- Python knowledge is a plus.
