  • Manage a portfolio of franchise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for franchisees.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Analyze franchise performance data and provide actionable insights to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and assessments with franchise partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored support and resources to franchisees.
  • Design and implement training programs to improve franchisees' operational efficiency and sales techniques.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and franchisee support.
  • Direct customer purchases during sales meetings, ensuring orders align with business objectives.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels at sales points to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Assess franchisees' financial situations and evaluate risk levels.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure visual standards are perfectly implemented across all sales points.
  • Identify potential entrepreneurs in high-growth regions and share applications with management for evaluation.
  • Develop and oversee the visit plan for Visual Merchandisers (VMs), setting goals and regularly monitoring performance.
  • Ensure the brand image is accurately reflected in stores, proposing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Create annual and 5-year investment plans for stores, maintaining high sales potential and brand standards through updates and renovations.
