Financial Planning, Controlling and Reporting Manager

We are looking for a Financial Planning, Controlling and Reporting Manager for our leader business partner in the energy sector.

Description

• Responsible for leading & performing of financial reporting and controlling processes including business consolidation,
• Responsible for leading & performing of financial planning processes including budget, yearly forecasts and long term financial plans,
• Preparation of monthly IFRS financials, quarterly financials and annual audit reports,
• Working in coordination with auditors,
• Responsible for risk analysis and coordination with risk owners,
• Responsible for controlling and reporting of project performances,
• Working in coordination with group consolidation, strategy department and developing new financial models in line with Group strategy,
• Responsible for the preparation of management reports, Board/Committee presentations and communication with stakeholders,
• Responsible from department budgets in SAP system/excel and tracking monthly the budget-actual variances,
• Take responsibility for team management and development in line with goals,
• Responsible for Project Profitability tracking and impairment analysis.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and related fields,
• Min 9 years experience in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and planning or big4 audit and advisory services and min 3 years experience in team management,
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to work effectively with an expat manager,
• Strong IFRS and financial modelling knowledge (Strong IFRS 15 and IAS 11 knowledge is a plus),
• High level of analytic skills,
• Self-motivated, result oriented, ability to deliver high quality work with strict deadlines,
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where multi-tasking and collaboration are critical.
