As the Financial Controller in Insider day in and day out you will;
- Play key role in monthly closing and reporting process within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group.
- Control all accounting transactions, and adjustments especially payroll records.
- Keep records of the variances between reporting plan, forecast, and reporting/budget rules.
- Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team, management, and other teams.
- Participate actively in weekly and monthly upper management presentations.
- Create and improve operating policies
- Manage group tax and accounting team’s communications.
- Improve control systems and create process-level controls to prevent errors in data collection and cost centers as well as calculation.
We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of solid professional experience in financial controlling, audit, and accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures -CPA is a plus.
- Flexible approach, adaptable to change.
- Compliance with strict deadlines and managing flexible working hours.
