We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Manager to manage accounting and reporting services. The role involves controlling accounting records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Description

• Ensure accurate financial records in compliance with Turkish and IFRS accounting principles and standards.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage all tax-related activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support business operations effectively.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Oversee financial risk management, including the assessment of credit, investment, and operational risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and financial planning.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Financial qualifications (CPA/CIMA/ACCA) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience. Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (Turkish and IFRS).
• Good Microsoft excel knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
