Take overall control of the company’s accounting, financial and internal audit functions.
Lead and develop accounting team.
Ensure that companie financial systems are robust, compliant.
Manage budgeting and forecasting process.
Liase and manage strong relationship with third parties such as auditors, and advisors.
Oversee cash flow management, take ultimate responsibility for the company cash managent policies.
Prepares all local tax and legal related documentation and other queries from govermental institutions.
Advices management on issues related to compliance and legal regulations.
To implement annual internal audit plan.
To implement internal audit and prepare reports of operational and sales functions.
Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews workpapers and audit reports; edits reports prepared by other auditors.
Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.

Graduate from related departments of Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree.
Min 10 years of experience in financial management minimum 2 of which is managerial positions.
Requires in depth knowledge and experience in financial and internal audit.
Advance level of programs microsoft office, SQL, microsoft AX, meridian, powerb, atlas, macros, visual basic
Excellent knowledge of the English.
Decisive and able to take initiative
Collobrator and have strong communication skills.
Possess excellent presentation skills.
Timely updates of reports and system requirements
Must be able to work under pressure
