We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Controlling Manager to join our team in İstanbul, Türkiye (Ataşehir). The ideal candidate must have:
- Ensures that relevant transactions are carried out in all matters related to reporting and financial affairs.
- Performs the management of financial activities throughout the company.
- Ensures preparation, control and reporting of IFRS month-end close to HQ.
- Undertakes overall management of finance functions including finance, cash flow and P&L management
- Coordinates all accounting activities in accordance with local legislation.
- Manages Receivables (A/R) processes and ensures that receivables are managed in line with Company targets and KPIs
- Ensures that the cash flow is sufficient to allow the business units to function effectively.
- Ensures that all financial affairs are carried out in connection with the Company's processes and policies.
- Carries out studies to increase efficiency in all processes related to financial fields.
- Prepares and submits management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Compares the inventory counting results with the relevant accounting program and ensures that the necessary corrections are made.
- Determines the minimum and maximum stock levels together with the relevant Sales Managers.
- Regularly monitors and controls all payments of the company.
- Controls and evaluates the balance sheet and income statements of the relevant business groups every month.
- Keeps track of the company's current receivables and ensures that they are collected on time.
- Controls the balance of collections and payments.
- Conducts the necessary research to create the most appropriate financial resource for the company
Your Profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Preferably a master's degree
- Proficient in uniform accounting principles
- IFRS knowledge and experience
- Experienced in budget and planning
- Used SAP and other ERP software
- Experienced in the installation of dashboards such as POWER BI and able to set up and install new reporting systems
- Preferably the "Big 4" experience
- Very good command of written and spoken English grammar
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- People management experience
- No travel restrictions
