• 5+ years relevant working experience in Accounting and Finance area
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a closely related field 
• Advanced level of English is essential (verbal and written)
• Able to command in Business English is essential
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP FI
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and strong problem solving
• Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between Finance, Accounting & Tax
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to deliver quality work on time
• Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, a quick study, able to learn, retain and teach others
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic multinational environment
• Proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure with deadlines
• Ability to bring creativity to the position while striving for continuous improvement

• Posting Employee Expenses, Vendor Invoices in SAP FI and SAP CFIN
• Tracking and posting customs expenses (Import Process)
• Reconciliation with Vendors
• Preparing Monthly BA-BS forms
• Booking and reporting fixed asset transactions
• Monthly E-Ledger Submission through E-ledger platform
• Being part of month-end and year-end closing activities
• Responsible for monthly VAT and WHT return preparation together with tax auditors and accounting controller
• Responsible for periodical mandatory surveys
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Ad hoc tasks as the need arises
• Performing controls in all accounting transactions for incoming /outgoing invoices, employee expenses, etc.
• Controlling supplier invoices, insurance policies according to agreements and expense policy
• In accordance with the responsibility area, performing of the accounting recordings by checking the suitability to legal legislations and company policies.
