Finance Analyst - Turkey

Job Description:

Compiles the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Works with all business functions to analyze actual results versus expectations and build accurate future expectations. Publishes monthly standard business performance reports and ad hoc analysis. Defines and implements standard work processes to gain efficient and accurate financial reporting. Performs financial results analysis to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures. Includes Financial Systems.

Job Requirements
The Finance Analyst needs to perform the following tasks:

•  Prepare annual budget and updated forecast for all BU in Turkey
•  Collect information and present weekly BE to the EM team
•  Prepare all necessary calculations, accruals and provisions required for the month – end closing and make transformation of P&L and B&S from Turkish GAAP to US GAAP for 1 Turkish legal entiy
•  Analyze margin performance by BU and compare results with Tableau
•  Provide Price analysis by BU on a monthly basis
•  Track and analyze OPEX, ensure that all necessary accruals created
•  Analyze AR on bi-weekly basis and work together with Sales team on overdue payouts
• Support business with all necessary bowlers, including related to AR
• Provide monthly reconciliations of accounts for legal entity in Turkey
• Be part of other financial reporting projects

Educational Requirements and Language Skills

•  Bachelor’s degree in economics, or Accounting.
•  Fluency in English and Turkish. Russian is a plus.
• ACCA/CMA/CPA/other professional finance certificates (in process of passing) is a plus
   

Professional Requirements

•  3-5 years’ experience in a similar position and preferably for an international company.
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with the different stakeholders.
• Addiction to numbers and Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERPs and Oracle HFM application is a plus
• Team player as well as leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
