About The Role

You will be able to have a direct impact on the future of our business by helping to influence global adoption of our award-winning Complete Security Control Validation platform.
As our Field Marketing Manager for the Turkey, EEUR and APAC regions, you will be pivotal in growing our market presence and helping to drive demand, pipeline and sales in the region. You will be responsible for developing our regional field marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, managing lead generation programs, and owning our global events program.
In this role you will work closely with the sales team, BDR team and channel partners to build a go-to-market plan that elevates Picus in the Breach and Attach Simulation and Exposure Management space.  You will also collaborate closely with an inhouse Business Development and Growth Marketing teams as a part of our global marketing organization to execute lead follow up.

What You'll Do


  • Closely collaborate with sales teams, aligning event strategies with our go-to-market approach and regional priorities
  • Manage global events and field marketing events/programs that position Picus as a stand-out company while leading our teams into an orchestrated event timeline
  • Lead the planning and selection of our field marketing initiatives with a focus on ROI and goal alignment to support quarterly and annual targets 
  • Work closely with the BDR team and Growth Marketing teams to engage event attendees before, during, and after the event - ensuring lead follow-up is optimized to capture the full potential of the engagement
  • Lead follow up beyond list upload and debrief on event effectiveness to offer ongoing improvements.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing to support reseller initiatives
  • Oversee regional marketing budget to deliver maximum impact and ROI for our resources. Manage vendor relationships, sponsorship negotiations, and contract processes
  • This role may require occasional international travel (approximately 15%). Candidates should not have any visa or travel restrictions that would prevent them from fulfilling

What You Have


  • 7+ years in a field or event marketing role with experience in demand generation marketing in a high-tech B2B market 
  • Proven experience working on global events, managing the full event program from sponsorship contract to booth take-down.
  • Keen eye for the latest gifting trends and proper approach for C-level engagements
  • Passion for collaboration and excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Plus, proven experience aligning with sales teams
  • The ability to think strategically and put new processes in place if needed, bringing the team along with you to ensure alignment
  • Experience and proficiency with SalesForce and Hubspot, with an understanding of campaigns, reports, and lead management to enable you to report on your efforts
  • Understanding of ABM tools and aligning marketing effort with sales team FTM priorities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit in getting things done and willingness to wear many hats/ work on various projects. Plus a can-do attitude that thrives in a start-up environment, rolling up your sleeves, list and data management and creative projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
  • For regions where a visa is required, candidates should be eligible to obtain visas as needed
