Factory & Cost Controller

As Sika Construction Chemicals Inc., we are looking for team members to join our growing organization as a 'Factory and Cost Controller' responsible for our 5 factories in Turkey, reporting to the Finance Manager.

We are looking for candidates who covers responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Collecting and analyzing data related to production costs, such as labor, raw materials, and overheads.
• Assisting in the development of cost standards, budget estimates, and financial closing schedules.
• Driving appropriate cost structure improvements and optimizing productivity.
• Preparing cost reports and presenting findings to management.
• Analyzing actual costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and practices.
• Assisting in month-end close processes, including inventory analysis and provisions.
• Estimating product costs and conducting price analysis to support the sales team.
• Supporting financial analysis and forecasting efforts.
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audit processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a background in manufacturing accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with departments such as R&D, procurement, production, and planning.
