Specific Roles within SaT
SaT: Financial Due Diligence – Transaction DiligenceAs a Transaction Diligence professional, you’ll mainly work in Financial Due Diligence assignments in the context of buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, servicing both corporate and private equity clients throughout the whole transaction process in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to work on cross-border projects. This is a great opportunity for you, as the range of clients and the multidisciplinary projects you will work on offer continuous challenges and development.
You will analyze and present financial information (e.g., Income, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements) and operational key performance drivers, key valuation considerations such as underlying EBITDA, working capital requirements, and net financial debt to bridge Enterprise and Equity Value.
You will use technology and data analytics tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
EY-Parthenon StrategyAs a EY-Parthenon Strategy Professional, you will be assisting your clients to answer their complex and strategic questions in a dynamic macro-economic, market, competition and regulatory environment. You will have chance to join interactions and discussions with the senior executives of the leading companies and private equities in their respective industries - financial services, telecom, consumer & retail, power & utilities, advanced manufacturing, mobility, etc. Your typical project can range from commercial due diligences, growth strategy, market entry strategy, value creation, cost optimization to implementation support. You have chance to work with multi-national EY and EY-Parthenon teams for the projects in Turkey or abroad. Your learning curve and know-how will be boosted with these experiences swiftly in a collaborative, challenging and friendly team environment.
Valuation Modeling and EconomicsAs a Valuation, Modelling & Economics professional, you’ll assist clients in the valuation of their companies, businesses, or assets and solve complex problems that businesses face on a daily basis. You will have different responsibilities, ranging from industry and company research to building valuation models.
Your role will help you gain a thorough understanding of various markets, industries, and businesses while learning different valuation methodologies. Also, by being a part of Modelling & Economics engagements, you’ll gain invaluable experience and knowledge of data analysis, economic research, and spreadsheet-based modeling.
Mergers and AcquisitionsAs an Analyst with the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Team at EY Turkey, you will have a crucial role in offering advisory services for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Your work will involve structuring a range of transactions like acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures. This role gives you the chance to work closely with our clients and team. You will help in developing M&A strategies, carry out valuation analyses, and take part in deal negotiations to help ensure successful outcomes. Capital Debt AdvisoryThe Capital and Debt Advisory Team specializes in providing comprehensive advisory services in Project Financing, Financial Restructuring & Refinancing, ESG Financing, ECA Financing, and Financial Feasibility studies. In this role, you will work closely with corporate clients from different sectors and financial institutions, providing expert advice and assistance in capital structure optimization, debt financing, and overall debt management. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting financial feasibility studies to assess the viability of various projects. Furthermore, you will utilize your expertise in financial modeling to support these initiatives and provide valuable insights to our clients.

- Analytical skills and competence in recognizing cause and effect relationships and inquisitive approach
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

- Turkish & English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
