This position works in close collaboration with the General Manager of Türkiye.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure efficient and secure coordination of correspondence (letters, faxes, translations) & communication coming from the GM.
  • Coordinate and facilitate calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences and ensure the efficient link between GM and LT members.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications directed to the GM.
  • Assist the GM in managing special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Conduct research and gather information for reports, presentations and decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and employees.
  • Assist the GM in preparing correspondence, presentations, meetings, and reports.
  • Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine which priority matters are important, and alert the executive accordingly. Make referrals to appropriate executive staff or provide requested information.
  • Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports, creating management reports, make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organize documents.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and executive support tasks which may be highly confidential and sensitive.
  • Review, proofread and edit documents prepared for the executive’s signature.
  • Make domestic and foreign travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and expense reports, prepare and compile travel vouchers, and maintain all travel records.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 10 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Competency in MS Office programs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and use networks throughout GSK
  • Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Solution-oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
