These solutions have been deployed across 84 mobile network operators in 58 countries around the world. We’re looking for an Event and Travel Coordinator to join our team! Job Description:
Planning, organizing, and executing events, including logistics such as accommodation, transportation, catering, venue selection, agenda coordination, and on-site support to ensure successful outcomes,
Coordinating and managing travel arrangements for the General Manager and senior executives, including booking flights, accommodations, transfers, and handling cancellations or re-bookings with a focus on cost-effective solutions,
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and venues to negotiate favorable terms and deliver exceptional event experiences.
Overseeing visa applications, passport renewals, and required documentation for international travel, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
Gradually taking on additional responsibilities related to the General Manager’s office operations, including scheduling, communications, and high-priority tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience in travel management, including organizing bookings, managing group logistics, and coordinating detailed travel plans for executives or large teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online booking platforms.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, ticketing processes, and cancellation policies, as well as an understanding of visa and immigration requirements for international travel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present cost-effective solutions, build strong vendor relationships, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Prior experience in roles such as Office Manager, Department Assistant, or within travel agencies, with exposure to high-level administrative or logistical responsibilities.
