We are looking for an Environmental Executive to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye. Your Responsibilities: Management of legal environmental permits and communication with relevant institutions, Ensure compliance with legal requirement, Managing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system, Preparing and managing environmental budget, Managing environmental aspect impact of company, Emergency response and crisis management, Preparation, updating, monitoring and implementation of environmental plans, procedures and documents, Management of legal environmental permits and communication with relevant institutions, Ensure compliance with legal requirement and industry regulations, Coordinating and managing HSE audits and inspections, Ensure implementation of an integrated waste management system, Management, development, maintenance, support and coordination of ongoing HSE and sustainable development initiatives in line with the strategic goals and priorities of the company, Assessment of current or potential environmental impacts of the company and projects, Development and implementation of HSE protocols for site-specific processes such as Spill Response Contingency Plans and waste loading and transportation methods, Design systems, processes and equipment for control, management and improvement of environmental noise, water, air and soil quality, Preparation, development of environmental trainings and provision of training to employees, Preparation, updating, monitoring and implementation of decarbonization plans, Managing and maintaining ISO 14001 management system, Managing and implementing IMDG Code requirements, Investigate and report HSE incidents, and recommend mitigation plan, Effective management and fallow up of budget, planning, monitoring, reporting, change management, improvement, training issues related to HSE. Your Profile: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. 7+ years of experience in HSE Management. Preferably experience in working with multicultural teams on HSE issues. Have a minimum C class safety specialist certificate, NEBOS IGC is an advantage, Have an minimum Environmental Officer Certificate Fluent language skills Turkish and English. Proficient at MS office programs. Ability to work independently and conscientiously. Have a class B driver's license.
