Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with COPS and VBU leadership team, ensuring timely and budget compliant delivery
Proactively contribute to developing processes and standards aimes to improving efficiency
Ensure operational procedures, processes and practices are maintained to consistently achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction
Responsible for management of customer relationship and operations driven growth
Determine the necessary strategy and provide all organisation to give service to actual and potential customers
Controls manpower, revenues and expenses
Build a team of extended management for an effective operations and people management.
Define operational and commercial KPIs
Give operational/tactical decisions and responsible for the effectiveness of all related operational results,
Experience in supporting heterogeneous groups of people
Perceives high leadership attention and excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
Demonstrable high level of stakeholder management
Ability to handle stressful situations and exhibit good-decision making skills
