Director Business Solutions & Strategy supports General Manager and internal stakeholders with business analysis for any development opportunity and strategy implementation by providing a better business steering environment. The position takes the coordinating role for strategy execution & solution implementation and project management.
Roll out & coordinate Turkey-specific solutions (tools & applications) together with internal stakeholders and EEMEA BuSo Team.
Project & Program management based on Turkey specific needs along with internal stakeholders and global.
Create a reporting platform with Global BI Reporting standard/formats; or in the absence of Global BI, develop the appropriate reporting suite for Turkey in based on KPI definitions.
Conduct analysis of data to deep dive on certain business development and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of allocations.
Analyse and highlight any forecasted opportunities or shortfalls in-line with forecasted trends and support future planning.
Market analysis including trends, competitor status, economy & real estate.
Work in-line with the GM for MTP strategies; and drive agreed strategy objectives with internal stakeholders.
Follow-up strategy on quarterly and annually basis.
Best practice strategies across the industry to be reviewed and shared with related internal stakeholders.
YOUR TALENT
University degree from a reputable university with relevant fields (BA, Finance etc)
Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Retail Business and Project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and with desired end results is important.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of the sports category and the market.
Passionate about sport and sport culture.
Strong understanding of reporting/analysis & BI
Effectively defines, plans, schedules, controls tasks and projects.
Ideally experience in Commercial BLs, Strategy and Business Solutions.
