Are you a tech-savvy problem solver? Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer and help keep our organization running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, from hardware troubleshooting to software installations. What you'll do:
Provide on-site and remote technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common applications
Manage device installations, moves, and changes for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Support various IT projects, such as software deployments and network upgrades
Maintain and optimize IT assets, including inventory management and hardware/software upgrades
Assist with data migration and recovery processes
Provide excellent customer service to all users, including VIP support
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or related field
1-3 years of experience in IT support
Strong technical skills, including:
Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of common desktop applications (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome, Firefox)
Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
