Introduction to role
Join us as a Department Assistant in our Oncology Business Unit, where you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations and communications. You'll be responsible for archiving documents, coordinating logistics for meetings, managing procurement processes, and more. Accountabilities
In this role, you'll be tasked with archiving all documents and records in electronic databases and hard copies according to procedures. You'll also be responsible for forwarding all incoming communications to the respective contact persons, ensuring smooth communication between departments and healthcare professionals. You will make necessary organizations for domestic or international meetings on behalf of department managers and will coordinate logistics operations for all department meetings. You will carry out department’s procurement processes in relation with Procurement Department; to collect offers, to deliver purchased materials and necessary info to right contacts, and to keep records in an accurate way; in line with procedures and also you will create workflow on the local/global systems and will follow up purchase orders in SAP. Additionally, you'll coordinate logistics for department meetings and manage procurement processes in relation to the procurement department.
Essential Skills/Experience
- 4 years university degree
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to details
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
