We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Department Assistant and Deputy SHE Officer at Roche Diagnostics.
This critical role will support both Market Strategy & External Affairs and Legal departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, with a special focus on congress and event management, contract preparation,PO (purchase order) preparations and signing processes. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities related to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) as a Deputy SHE Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for Legal Department:
You provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, handling confidential information and PO processes.
You coordinate with legal team members on various projects and deadlines.
Support for Market Strategy & External Affairs Department:
You support HCP (HealthCare Professionals) sponsorship procedures from start to end, such as; MoH notifications, documentary and archiving, conference, congress follow-up, preparation support, completing registrations where required. Conducting communication with organizing companies. PO process management for department needs will be required.
You manage contracts to be signed with HCP and/or HCO and conduct the communication with internal stakeholders.
You schedule meetings, provide administrative support to meetings (venue selection, PO process etc) , prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Deputy SHE Officer Responsibilities:
You assist the SHE Officer in implementing and monitoring safety, health, and environmental policies and programs.
You conduct regular safety audits and inspections and support in SHE training programs and record-keeping.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor Degree.
You preferably have previous experience in a similar administrative support role.
You have strong time management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders .
You are able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You are fluent in Turkish and have at least intermediate level of English.
