Demand Planning and Reporting Manager

Position purpose:

You will be managing demand planning, ensuring timely updates in SAP, optimizing supply network operations, and forecasting sales volumes accurately. Collaborating closely with production planning and other teams, you'll contribute to efficient inventory management and drive corrective actions when needed. Additionally, you'll lead or participate in exciting supply chain projects and other cross-functional initiatives within the company.

What will you do – responsibilities:

Demand Planning:

• Responsible for preparing annual and strategic sales volume plan by reviewing historical sales trends and demand drivers in line with business strategies
• Responsible for providing alternative sales volume scenarios for business analysis
• Analyzing category/brand year-on-year (YOY) sales performances and market share trends to build short, mid and long-term sales/volume forecasts on SKU level.
• Providing sales volume forecast for new product launches and re-launches and coordinating the launch plans with all related stakeholders

Supply Network and Operations Planning - SNOP:

• Upload monthly sales volume forecast for operational and financial cycles in SAP IBP, by ensuring the accurate portfolio in the system and considering necessary SKU transitions
• Responsible for demand and supply alignment with necessary parties
• Manage finished good inventory for market warehouses by ensuring accurate Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) targets to avoid any stock out

Others:

• Maintain customer credit limits in line with sales plans on customer basis
• Close coordination and contact with Sales, Marketing, Finance, GSC and Global Planning Academy to provide sales volume forecast
• Prepares all necessary memorandums as such business operations, logistics, credit limits for management approvals

Requirements:

• University Degree Engineering or Business Admin (Bachelors/Masters)
• Bring over 5 years of relevant demand planning expertise
• Fluent in English with native Turkish proficiency
• Proven experience in remote & large team collaboration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI
• Proficient in Data Analysis and Business Development
• Experienced in budget oversight and reporting
