Demand Planner, Tea

Demand Planner, Turkey is responsible for developing a rolling forecast that will ensure that the business runs off an aligned, agreed and common set of numbers.  Facilitate a top-down, bottom-up, and middle-out forecast for tea/other to ensure that the forecast is a realistic plan going forward.  Have a broader business focus in identifying risks and opportunities in the operational forecast to ensure that the necessary decisions are made in advance.

Own the whole process chain starting from Demand Planning (IBP Cycle), Supply Planning & Production Planning.

Demand Planner, Turkey is based in Istanbul Head Office and reports to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, Turkey.

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain & planning, preferably in an international FMCG company
• Experience working in a cross functional environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• SAP / Logo knowledge is a plus
• Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment
• Strong influential skills, very good communicator, able to fully engage key stakeholders for implementing JDE strategies and deliver stretch business results
• Accurate, flexible thinking, time management skills, high analytical skills
• Team player, hands-on, proactive, excellent communication skills, independent/self-starter, eager to learn and further develop, act with a sense of urgency
• Fluency in English & Turkish
