Job Description Summary: Sanofi Pharma Manufacturing Solutions looks for “Demand Planner”  to be assigned in İstanbul. SPMS (Sanofi Pharma Manufacturing Solutions) is part of GenMed Manufacturing & Supply Organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Become a part of global SPMS organization: the team in charge of contract manufacturing activities for 3rd party customers via Sanofi manufacturing network
• Manage E2E Supply Chain processes of 3rd party customers
• First point of contact for receiving monthly forecasts
• Analyse forecasts with plants and enter to planning system (Kinaxis). Respond back to customers for forecast fine tuning and/or negotiation, when needed. Assure forecast accuracy and respect to the frozen period
• Organize and manage monthly demand review meetings, in order to conduct a regular communication with the customer, maintain the balance between customer satisfaction and site-KPI’s (such as inventory policy, capacity utilization and planning).
• Organize and Lead the Sales & Operation Planning meetings to assure that the targeted sales being realized on time, customers being treated fairly at site level and to be aware of any problem that may impact supply in the future. Take action for the possible stock out issues.
• Monitor & report monthly KPIs. Coordinate related departments in order to improve customer service level continuously.
• Support Key Account Managers for developing annual budgets and achievement
• Support the product-launch process under the supervision of the Key Account Managers. Assure the system set-up is ready and the ordering/financial/physical flows are in place for the new launch. Support the artwork process and optimize the leftover stock in case of artwork revisions.
• Actively contribute local and/or global product divestment projects as Supply Chain business partner
• Act as a bridge among the customers, Plant & Key Account Managers
• Work in harmony with SPMS team outside of Turkey and other Sanofi sites supplying SPMS customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University education in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or similar graduate programs.
• Knowledge of commercial activities, supply chain and logistics.
• Strong communication skills and effective listening capability.
• Good MS Office skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize projects and business cases with analytical thinking.
• Capable of managing the uncertainties and capable of building alternative solutions.
• Effective decision making skills and result-oriented.
• Respect to deadlines.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, positive-minded.
• Extravert and networker.
• Team player with good relationship.
• No obstacle for travelling.
• SAP SD module will be an asset.
• Fluent English.
