As HotelRunner, We’re looking for great Data Analysts ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

About the job
- Utilize statistical methods and tools for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, HotelRunner Insights).
- Effectively present analytical findings using data visualization techniques.
- Develop processes for data collection, processing, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and privacy.
- Design and implement data management policies, standards, and operational frameworks, and drive their adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and other relevant platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools for presenting actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and benchmarking.
- Experience in implementing data management policies and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy standards and practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Living in Izmir
