Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist in our very fast growing start-up. If you want to be a part of creating a global product process, just click the apply button to meet us.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers from the sales stage to active users, ensuring a seamless transition with a customer-first mindset.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships by proactively communicating, providing continuous value, and supporting their goals.
  • Customer Education and Training: Develop training materials such as videos, facilitate product demos, and maintain up-to-date FAQs to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
  • Product Expertise: Clearly communicate product capabilities, manage customer expectations effectively, and regularly update customers about new features and enhancements.
  • Analyzing Customer Needs: Identify and analyze customer requirements, address pain points efficiently, and maintain clear feedback loops with the product team to minimize churn.
  • Platform Utilization: Proactively encourage and guide customers in fully utilizing the platform by clearly articulating its value proposition tailored to their specific needs and industry.
  • Service Quality Targets: Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure high-quality customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Retention and Growth: Regularly engage with customers to measure their satisfaction, utilizing direct communication and data insights to support subscription renewals and potential upgrades.

Qualifications
  • Currently residing in Istanbul
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably customer success, account management, or similar positions)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and data analytics skills
