Manages local/country/regional customer service team to meet agreed service level, enhance customer relationships and increase sales effectiveness. Ensures that the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and quality standards. Manages complaints and issues affecting .


Operational management


  • Ensure smooth daily operations
  • Implement improvements to improve performance and efficiency
  • Operational Excellence and Process Improvement

Establish and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).


  • Identify inefficiencies in order processing, complaint resolution, and customer communication and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and process automation teams to optimize ERP and CRM usage.
  • Customer Relationship Management

Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.


  • Work closely with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to proactively address potential outages.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction levels.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate between customer service and relevant departments such as manufacturing, logistics, and finance


  • Assist the finance team in resolving invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.
  • Be consistent with the sales team regarding customer agreements and expectations.
