CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ( GERMAN SPEAKING)

We are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST for our head office which located in İKİTELLİ/İSTANBUL.

She/he will be responsible contributing company profitability through ensuring customer satisfaction and will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. If you love talking to people and proactively solving issues and good at analyses, this can be your call!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Being accountable for big volume local/multinational customers, supervising the logistics operation.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms/using digital systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduation
• Newly graduate or 1-2 years' experience
• Fluent GERMAN in both writing & speaking
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
